Terms and Conditions

 Section 1. Mail Service/Virtual Address Service/Monthly Office Service

By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are allowing Oyster Holdings LLC to receive and hold mail and packages on your behalf and at your request open, scan and or dispose of certain mail items.

This agreement secures one mailbox at the Fitzpatrick Building for exclusive use. The conditions pertaining to the use of the mailbox are as follows:

1. Mail must be picked up in a timely fashion during regular business hours (8:30am to 5pm)

2. In the case that mail is not regularly picked up instructions for the disposal of mail must be given to Oyster Holdings, LLC in order to prevent excessive mail buildup

3. Packages must be picked up within 48 Hours

4. In the case that packages cannot be physically picked up, forwarding instructions must be provided to Oyster Holdings, LLC to prevent a buildup of packages--users of this service will be responsible for all forwarding costs

5. 30 day notice on behalf of user is required to cancel this arrangement.

6. At the expiration of the 30 day notice term mail will be packaged and sent to a forwarding address for an additional 14 days, after that period expires mail will be marked "return to sender."

7. Users agree not to forward mail from 2000 Broadway St. at the expiration of their term, doing so will forward ALL mail from the building (not good)

If any or all of the conditions set forth above are violated, service can and will be terminated immediately by Oyster Holdings, LLC with no refund of pro rated or prepaid service days.

Section 2. Coworking Monthly Subscriber Service

The coworking monthly subscriber service is a monthly subscription paid on the first day of the term for the subsequent 30 days of access. This agreement can be terminated by either party with 7 days. In the event a user in good standing terminates service, a pro rated portion of their monthly subscription will be returned. To maintain good standing users must abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement under the section “rules of use”

Rules of Use:

This agreement secures access to the coworking suite under the following conditions:

1.Access will be granted during regular business hours (8:30am to 5pm)

2. Any guests of users will check in at the front desk and may be charged a daily use fee

3. Use of the space will be on a “first come first served” basis, there is no guarantee of availability of desks, monitors, or chairs

4. Users will maintain a quiet and productive atmosphere, any disruption to other users’ experience may result in a cancellation of services and removal from the space

The violation of any of these terms will result in the cancellation of services with no reimbursement of pre paid service days

If you are receiving text messages from us and wish to stop receiving them, simply respond with either "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to the number from which you received the message. Once we receive your message, you will no longer receive further text messages from us.
